Leak Seal

Because you deserve the best concrete

Polyurethane resin will flex with structure movement and slow down the deterioration of reinforcing steel. The resin is injected inside the cracks, and in some cases, into the backside of the wall. Our objective is to minimize your downtime while ensuring a long term solution for your leaking concrete. We are determined to create a customer experience worthy of referral.

Leak Concrete

Why Does Concrete Leak?

Imperfect Construction

Concrete construction is by no means a perfect science. New construction often requires leak seal treatment prior to putting infrastructure into service.

Weather and Wear

Concrete naturally decays over time. Exposure to hot temperatures, cold temperatures and the aging process can take a toll.

Unstable Soil

Unstable soil can undermine the integrity of concrete structures and cause cracks to form. Loose soil has four main causes: soil erosion, poor compaction, freeze/thaw cycles, and biological decay.

How Does Injection Resin Help?

Water Activation

Leaking concrete structures can be permanently repaired with concrete crack injection by using a water activated flexible foam.

Pressure Injection

Pressure injection of these liquid polyurethane resins forces the material into leaking cracks, joints, and other defects.

Flexible, Watertight Seal

After the crack injection is complete, the polyurethane resin rapidly reacts with water to form a flexible, watertight seal.

Injection Resin

Polyurethane Leak Seal Injection Process

1

Step 1 : Drill

Holes are drilled through a structure in order to insert injection ports. These ports are positioned at an angle to intersect cracks or joints within the structure.

2

Step 2 : Inject Resin

Resin is injected directly into the crack or joint through the installed injection ports. After reacting with water, the resin forms a flexible, watertight seal.

3

Step 3 : Enjoy!

Lastly, the structure can be refinished to look as good as new.
