Foundation Leaks

What Causes Foundation Leaks?

  • Foundation leaks are caused when soil expanses and contracts in different weather conditions throughout the year. Concrete is a not perfect material and will have flaws, so it needs to be repaired at times. The age of the structure will play a factor in the decay of the concrete since this happens naturally overtime. However, in most cases the concrete is not a lost cause and can be repaired!

Signs of a Foundation Leak

    • – warm/damp places on the floor
    • – crack in the foundation
    • – mold/bad smell
    • – high water bills
    • – running water sounds
    • – downspouts against or near the structure
